These draft terms describe how the Planwise Bench preview is intended to be used. They are not a final contract and must not be treated as production legal terms.
The service
Planwise Bench helps planners draft maintenance operations, review flags, and export planning files. Outputs are drafts for human review. They do not replace site procedures, permits, isolation, LOTO, or qualified engineering judgment.
No SAP posting
The preview does not connect to customer SAP systems. Excel columns are ECC-facing labels for planner-entered site codes. They are not a verified LSMW or Winshuttle layout. “Coming soon” items on the home page are not included until shipped.
Accounts and waitlist
Early access uses an email waitlist. Submitting the form stores the fields described in the draft privacy page. There is no general end-user account system in this preview beyond that waitlist and browser-local app state.
Acceptable use
- Use the tool for legitimate maintenance planning review.
- Do not attempt to abuse the waitlist endpoint (spam, automated harvesting).
- Do not present draft outputs as certified procedures or as proof of SAP load success.

Limitation of liability
